Solution For security reasons, we deny all external connections to our MySQL database servers.

We provide a MySQL management web interface for managing your MySQL databases.

The interface is located at your site's server name / sqladmin.

For example, if your site is located on web05, your MySQL management interface will be located at http://web05.dataride.com/sqladmin

If your site is located on web04, your MySQL management interface will be located at http://web04.dataride.com/sqladmin
